Spawnpoints showing up as errors

Alright, got a question, my entities such as spawnpoints appear as "errors" in hammer, I can spawn in the map when I load it up, but I'm worried the "error"s will cause a problem in the future:

Those erros would normally show as engineers (boojum snark pack), but for whatever reason, the suddenly became errors. If it helps, I noticed that they only became errors shortly after I placed down a soundscape entity.
