quidditch - Hold the point or deliver the australium!

This is in many ways an extension of ctf_ashworks, in the sense of me trying to hybridize ctf and koth. There is a 5 minute timer, which can be reduced by capping the intelligence. Anyways, I have other areas I tried to work on besides the logic, and I'm very happy with it so far, and ready for it to be torn apart in imps! :')

Thank you all who tested! I tried to fix some chokeyness, a few bits of cart design and logic, and minor other improvements. Look forward to testing again!
