Crashing when trying to use a prop

Hello, I am trying to install this: https://tf2maps.net/downloads/gold-bars-lockers-and-a-giant-bank-vault.473/ but I am having trouble getting it to work. I am doing the usual process of unzipping the file then moving it to the appropriate folder in /TF however when creating a prop_static and opening that folder I crash.

I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong, I mean it was made 10 years ago, could that be the issue?
