pakrat then buildcubemaps?

Are you sure you're pakratting the right bsp file?
The maps you work on are in steam/steamapps/username/sourcesdkcontent
But once you go in game and run the cubemap commands it is saved in
steam/steamapps/username/teamfortress2/tf/maps

iv never had any problems with pakrat
