Control point props are loading, but others like rocks are not, and all my visgroups are on, what do I do? I also checked my compile logs with the https://www.interlopers.net/ checker and it shows no errors.

What entity are the rocks?

prop_detail
Don't use that entity. It's primarily meant for manually placing Detail Props, which for the most part, you won't need to do. Use prop_static instead
