My map is always fullbright, I made a another map and it was stil

THANK YOU!! It worked!! I've been searching for 2 days.
I've just had to delete all previous Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables and install the 86bit version. Then I reloaded the PC (just in case) and it worked.

There should be no problem with having both the 64-bit and 32-bit versions on your PC simultaneously (in fact, I think I have both on my PC right now). Of course, you don't need the 64-bit version for TF2 mapping, but there's no need to uninstall it if you've already got it.
