Can't open my map anymore

Did you put quotation marks into any field of any entity in your map? That will corrupt the vmf and will require manual fix of the file by editing it with notepad++

I think regular notepad doesnt format the file properly? Hence why i recomment n++ over windows notepad.

I would recommend it over, but the last time I checked, Notepad formatted it properly. It also has ctrl+f, so it's good for a quick fix. I just wanted to say you could use notepad..
Notepad will do then, if thats the issue that is.
Notepad is generally a bad idea as it does lose formatting in some files. An update to in Windows 10 fixed some of these issues but generally its better to use literally anything else.
I use SciTE https://www.scintilla.org/SciTE.html
It opens instantly, has line numbers, highlighting, and correct formatting, and adds a listing on your right-click menu to speed things up even more.

You should have a .vmx file with your map's name, which is a backup of the map as of your last save. See if that isn't corrupted (you'll have to change the .vmx extension to .vmf first)
If its the quotation mark issue vmx will be the same as the vmf. Manual edit is required.

So, I'm kinda new here (its my first map) so could you give me intructions?
And btw it there is an error for skybox in the Notepad
Try to remember where you potentially used quotation marks in your map (entity name? some output? some entity property?).
Did you change stuff like the objective text at round start? Anything "quoted like this" in any field will make hammer not load your map. If you remember where you did this use ctrl+f in notepad to find the quoted text.
