Portal Hammer is Broken

Hi, i was Testing a copy of my map in Portal and Gmod and while that i closed the editor. When i reopened it it looked like this:
I opened the Map in Tf2 Hammer and everything was fine, then i created a new map in Portal Hammer and when i placed an entity it was an unchangeabe obsolete. Is there a way how to fix it beside resetting it?

I was resetting Hammer and the error was still there, later i found out that for some reason the portal.fgd file was deleted somehow. I copied the text from the wiki, created a new fgd file. You can open it with notepad.
