Not a bad start..

Some of the doorways have quite a low height.. and your lights are too close to the walls/celings and leave a blindingly bright light spot to look at.

Maps must have version strings (_a1 _b1 _rc1 _final) or else they will not be accepted for testing.
Sure, you added a version to the bot submission, but that's not enough. In fact, you are now confusing the bot as it will be waiting for the map koth_nemesis_b1 to be played on the servers, which will never happen.
Rename your VMF to koth_nemesis_b1.vmf and compile again. Changing the name of the BSP won't do any good as the BSP is a collection of files, some of which require the BSP to have the same name as the VMF it was compiled from.

Lastly I would like to mention that this map is not a beta map. Beta is the stage of map developement where the layout is basically finished and the main focus is to make the map pretty and nice. This is an alpha map.

I missed the B1.. Tumbolisu is right, this should be A1.

Another thing I forgot to mention, add some arrows and signs. Even in alpha its important to include visual queues for players as to the direction to head in.

Thanks for the feedback.
I wasnt sure what version I should use and I only included the B1 because I was unsure.
I will fix it as soon sa I can

Now your file has a capital letter in it, that's bad!
If you need to fix a version you could just name the file a1a instead of a2.
I'll help you out on Discord again if you need to.
