Hey, when taking screenshots of your map, is there a way to turn off your HUD, aim, and weapons? It sure would make the screenshots look nicer.

You should also do "r_drawviewmodel 0" - hiding the hud wont remove the gun etc

Has anyone tried setting up and using the developer camera entities to take the devshots? Could be a helpful way to easily take all the screens you need for each version of your map.

Well, the nice thing I've found about doing the screenshots in spectator mode instead of noclip is that I don't have to worry about the time limit running out on me.

ent_fire <nameofyourtimer> pause is helpful there :) I use that all the time when I go into my map to look at stuff.

Noclip moves you around faster than spec.

Thats a bad thing for good screenies.
Noclip wizzes you through things so its harder to get in a corner accurately. Even spectate goes to quick sometimes I wish ctrl or something worked as a slow down button....
