"Capture Tape"

So, I've seen that a lot of valve maps have a police-tape looking brush on the floor around a capture point to mark the capture zone. What do I type into the filter to find that texture?

The textures are usually found just by searching under 'hazard'. You can also uncheck 'opaque' for the overlay forms to appear only, or uncheck 'translucent' for brush based ones instead
