trigger_teleport switch destination?

Hey, I was wondering if it was possible to have a logic_timer change the destination of my trigger_teleport? I want it to switch between certain destinations and I think this'd be the best way. The only other way I can think of would be to create the teleport trigger a few times in the same place and have the logic_timer enable and disable at different times.
