Pogon is my first tf2 map and i'm pretty proud of it so far. It doesn't have any kind of a twist , it's just simple.

Looks really good for a first map! I like the height differences.

Edit: here's a little bit of feedback.
Use the coalmines\windows instead, since they already have a border.

These displacements need some sewing and smoothing. You need help figuring the complexities of hammer?

Thanks for the feedback! I didn't even notice that those windows were borderless . I think i fixed the gap problem , but there are these seams that pop up in some places. What could be causing them?
(Also , do you align textures by selecting them , toggling ''treat as one'' and centering them)

You can fix displacement seams by clicking the Sew button in the displacement editor (Although the displacements need to have their points aligned, making them both the same width/height along the edge you want to sew aligns them usually)
That method works for aligning textures, you can also open up the material editor, select one of the faces, then alt+right click other faces that you want to align the textures with your selected face.

I'm talking about these ( i don't know if we were thinking of the same thing). I did sew the displacements and yes , their points are aligned . I don't know about the seam between the displacement and brush though. Should i turn the brush into a displacement?

If it's part of the ground, with a ground texture, you might want to make it a displacement. The lighting can only smooth between displacements if they are aligned, which looks like what is happening there. If they are aligned, have you tried putting them into a smoothing group?
