Recently got Mario Kart Wii! Sounds like we all have widely varying tastes in games (outside of TF2, which I'm sure we all love :))

Peggle Extreme and Peggle Nights. Should make 2 weeks in a country where I don't speak the language much easier :)

Oh I'm sorry, but I have no respect for people who play Peggle. It's the classic game of "Hm, let's fling the ball randomly and hope I get a good score! Ooh look, fancy particle effects!"

Just my 2 cents.

sometimes its fun to play a game that takes all control out your hands, everything is based on one move combined with luck
im sure many card games could be defined the way...do you hate card games as well?

regardless...its not something i would pay for...but the demo is amusing enough

and...I can't help but wonder how this thread has so many posts...it just doesn't seem like something that would last this long

I bought Left 4 Dead and Beyond Good & Evil on Steam today, thanks to some big price cuts (regardless of some jerks at Valve making us Europeans pay much, much more than we should). I got them for 33,74€, which is just a bit more than half of what I would have to pay for a retail version of L4D.

I'll also mention that I got Mirror's Edge and MotorStorm: Pacific Rift (both for PS3) as well as Professor Layton and the Curious Village (for DS) for Christmas. Excellent games, all of them.

Make that Counter Strike Source instead of Beyond Good & Evil. I changed my mind.

GOD that game sucks. I kinda wanted to see how it was, and I was expecting to have some degree of fun, but...wow. I miss my 10 euros.

Got the Civ 4 pack today for about $25 through Steam. That's less than half what the Civ 4 and the expansions would cost individually. I love it when Steam has great deals!
