I'm having this crash on startup when I am trying top launch the Hammer Editor from my team fortress 2/bin folder.

This happends both with the batch file and .exe on startup.
As soon as I try to start one of them up, the Hammer Editor logo shows up for a very short time and crashes afterwards, it creates a "mdmp" file in the /bin folder. (The file is called like this: hammer_20180806_170303_1_accessviolation.mdmp)
I've verified the gamecache multiple times, I tried reinstalling the game and what not.
However, the SFM and HL2 Hammer Editors work just fine, just the TF2 one crashes almost instantly.

Any ideas on how to fix this are greatly appreciated.

Try running the HL2 hammer, but re-configuring it for TF2. E.g go into the tools->options and change the texture directory and such. I'm quite sure this works as the normal TF2 hammer once the game-directory has been changed and such.
