This is an interesting idea. There are a couple of tiny things I noticed that would be easy to improve upon.
First, there are some strange strokes the white pin texture. Most of the skin has a nice texture with those oil paint brush strokes going vertically on the texture. On the bottom though, there is a horizontal line that doesn't seem to tile well.
Next is the wooden texture. I really like the texture you used and the color of the wood. Looks really nice.

Lastly, I noticed something really easy you can improve upon. I noticed the alpha channels on the textures have a sort of a gradient going on. Honestly, its good you noticed the layer even exists! The alpha channel dictates how light reflects off of the texture, so its super important and a lot of people seem to forget about it. The simplest way I found to make an alpha channel is clicking image > calculations. (assuming you're using photoshop) Just fiddle around with it and you'll see how helpful it is. Look up some tutorials if you want to dive deeper into how the calculations settings work.

Overall, it seems that you have an understanding of TF2 textures and I'm interested in seeing what you'll come up with next :)

Thanks for the tips, I totally missed that horizontal line.
