CompilePalX Crashes on Launch [RESOLVED]

Sorry to post another question so soon after the last, but this one is more urgent. Compile Pal X crashes after I select version to launch (Tf2 and Hl2 both cause crashes).
This just started after a windows update, and I'm still picking up the pieces of everything else that broke. Here's the crash log:

Have you tried reinstalling it?

I've since tried that. While it fixed the crashing, it's now unable to pack custom content.

Did you try adding the pack step in the second column from the left and making sure it's enabled?

Alright, the matter has since been resolved. Turns out the reinstall of Compile Pal was working properly, but for some reason wasn't overwriting the old bsp. Deleting everything related to the map except the vmf and re-compiling resulted in all custom content appearing as it should.
