Game not loading

I followed the tutorial on making spawn rooms http://forums.tf2maps.net/showthread.php?t=19 and once i had run the map in hammer it took me to the TF2 main screen once I was there I clicked the created a server link and chose my map out of the server list then when i clicked start it just took me back to the main screen.

If i am repeating a thread plz give me a link.
