Strange lighting issue.

I recently have begun playing around a little bit with adding a basic 3Dskybox to a WIP map, and I've encountered a strange issue where the faces of most of my brushes that are hit by light from my light_environment entity go entirely black.

I did my best to pair up shots of the same brushes/entities seen from different angles.

Any help/insight into what is going on would be much appreciated.

I believe you are using textures that have model/ infront of them.. those are only meant for models and not brushes which I believe is why you are seeing the black colors
