The yellow letters on a white background are hard to see. Also, for correct grammar, the bottom text should read "Mann Co cannot be held accountable for anyone who disobeys this sign. Cross marking at your own risk." I highlighted the changes.

It is still hard to read. Real warning signs are easy to read because they have to be. To look like a real warning sign, I recommend all white text on a red background (like a stop sign), or all black text on a yellow or light red background. There needs to be a good contrast between the text color and the background color.

That's much better, but you would never see those fancy fonts on a warning sign. The simpler the font, the easier it is to read. In real-life, it is very important for a warning sign to be as easy as possible to read. Use a simple bold sans-serif font like the one in the word caution. Make the text in the first sentence big enough that the word hazard drops to the next line, and the words "hazard markings" cover the whole width of the sign (with some margins on the side). Center the text and caution logo instead of having it all left-aligned. Adjust the size of the bottom text so it fits on the sign like this:

DO NOT PASS
HAZARD MARKINGS

Mann Co cannot be held accountable
for anyone who disobeys this sign.
Cross markings at your own risk.

After that, add some damage, like rips and stains like you have seen on other signs in the game, and then you will have a great sign that you can be proud of.

I doubt cynder is terribly interested in properly matching the TF2 style.
