[MVM] Overgreen - mvm, jungle

Greetings to jungle-themed mann vs machine map. After half-year in development,
hopefully this map would have been worth the wait.

What could be better than fighting against robots in the jungle forest? Nothing. Except for a picnic maybe.
But there is no time for a picnic, as the robots have already came. Pick a small team of your friends and fight them.
Two difficulty levels : 10 waves in total.

- Fixed some bugs, where robots stuck.

- Fixed and recreated some roboengi-points.

- Added names for red's spawnpoints (for some missions to work).
