Howdy there.. I can't figure out why hammer is not building my bsp....

You've got a jumbo-brush in there
Bad surface extents - surface is too big to have a lightmap
I'd try cutting it up into smaller brushes or reducing its size.....why would you have a brush that big in the first place??
