Making the screen 2-D

The console command "cl_leveloverview 1" can be used to force the player's camera into an overhead view. It's usually used to take top down shots of a map for workshop pages and I don't know if it would function well as a gameplay element, but feel free to experiment with it.

Yes there is a command for it and it has been used to make a thing. However, I have forgotten what the command is called.
