Horizontal Sliding Door Prefab - Some Neat Sliding Doors

The Doors were an American rock band formed in 1965 in Los Angeles, with vocalist Jim Morrison, keyboardist Ray Manzarek, guitarist Robby Krieger, and drummer John Densmore. They were unique and among the most controversial and influential rock acts of the 1960s, mostly because of Morrison's lyrics and charismatic but unpredictable stage persona.

'Horizontal Sliding Door Prefab' is a small library and prefab set of horizontally sliding doors that I decided to make after having trouble with them in my own projects.

Includes:
slidingdoor_library.vmf: a library of four horizontally sliding doors: east/west, north/south, northwest/southeast and northeast/southwest. This file also includes 'the compass,' a set of eight func_doors that move in their respective direction for easy reference.
slidingdoor prefabs: extract these to your prefabs folder for easy insertion into your map. These prefabs include a dev textured frame and the doors themselves are textured with props/metaldoor_01, but feel free to modify them to your own personal taste.

Signing with Elektra Records in 1966, the Doors released eight albums between 1967 and 1971. Their self-titled debut album (1967) was their first in a series of Top 10 albums in the United States, followed by Strange Days (also 1967), Waiting for the Sun (1968), The Soft Parade (1969), Morrison Hotel (1970), Absolutely Live (1970) and L.A. Woman (1971).

For easy installation, extract the contents of the ZIP file into the Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2 folder.

Three of the band's studio albums, the self-titled debut, L.A. Woman, and Strange Days, were featured in Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Albums of All Time, at positions 42, 362, and 407 respectively. I also personally enjoy 'People are Strange' as this weird fucking song that despite its unusual aesthetic, executes a very traditional structure effortlessly. The Doors were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1993 and Strange Days was recently remastered to mark the album's fiftieth anniversary.

I fucked up again and accidentally deleted the file share link while transferring my Google Drive to a new iCloud drive. I also lost my journal from five years ago in the move, which I'm pretty sad about, but it was bound to happen eventually. "Let the past die," he says, while diligently reuploading all his TF2 stuff.
