Having Some HUD problems

I have customized my own toonhud and when I follow the instructions to put it in the folder it still does not appear in TF 2. I have put it in the right folder and extracted the contents in the zip file. Is there something that is messing it up?

Screenshots or listing all files and folders in the subfolder would be good.
