How was your thanksgiving?

Mine was fine, I liked the turkey with gravy. Damn gravy makes it useful to make sandwiches.

My Thanksgiving was pretty good. Caught up a bit with my family members, made some more progress on my NaNoWriMo book.

There weren't as many dishes this year at my family's get together, but stuffing and Mandarin Orange jello was phenomenal as always.

I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving. And to all those who don't celebrate it, I hope the rest of your week goes by fantastically.

Since my family is South Asian we don't cook thanksgiving stuff, but oftentimes we just get the turkey from a halal restaurant and the appetizers / side dishes from Boston market.

I am ashamed to admit this to an extent, but alot of people do it these days so

I got to have another night of wonderful sleep and woke up to a beautiful sunrise.

I did a couple hours of painting and noticed improvement throughout the pieces (quick timed ones). I may continue one or two of them over the next few days.

Today was also the first time being behind the wheel of a car. Even though we just did some straight-line exercises as well as loops around the parking lot, it's a place to start. I'm still pretty scared to be driving, but I'll be absolutely fine.

Glad to see I'm not the only one doing NaNoWriMo! I just passed 72K words. This is my second year. I kept my planned outlines a little looser, but the story seems to be coming along a lot better. I'm definitely enjoying the process more this time around!

As for the actual Thanksgiving part, we're not doing anything with family. We were planning on turkey, but it looks like I'm just making seafood for my intermediate family. I did get to talk to my brother some, and I'll get to see him over winter break when he returns from college.

My mind's just flooded with thoughts as always. I don't know what to do tonight. I hope everyone has a wonderful evening and continues the week strong into a relaxing weekend! Thank you all for the help and learning opportunity over the years! Keep being amazing! ♡

Holy shit. 72 thousand?

I just hit 20 thousand. I know that I'm behind, but still. That's nuts! Good job!

I went out in the cold because my dad wanted me to see the girls camp when no one was there. It looked like an abandoned monster testing facility, I mean the main hall was boarded up for some reason. So basically, pretty bad. and creepy.
