2Fort Snowy - The popular map 2Fort set in a snowy environment.

Love it or hate it, 2Fort is one of TF2's most iconic maps. Since Winter is coming soon (sort of), I made a snowy version of 2Fort.

or maybe it could slowly hurt you, and when it kills you it freezes your body

Perhaps have the water be a layer of ice? That would be an interesting change to the map. And it would only really affect the water under the bridge, game-play wise.

And since water condenses when it freezes you can make the ice-layer slightly lower than the original water-layer, and remain in realism. (If you feel like the lower position of the ice would help game-play.)

I think I will try making the water be ice instead. Working on an ice texture now...

In my personal opinion, I think you should have named it ice fort but that works to, good job with what you done heh

The water under the bridge is now frozen. For now the water in the sewers is still liquid, that may or may not change.

Why not 'Snowfort', makes it sound like they're fighting over a childs playground snow creation.

I've renamed the map to "Snowfort" thanks to many suggestions. Also the transition from the sewer water to ice has been improved, and some bugs have been fixed.

-Added festive health/ammo pickups
-Further improved the transition between the water and the frozen pond
-Rearranged the snow on the frozen pond
-Added two small health packs on the frozen pond to compensate for the lack of fall damage protection that the water provided

I dunno about the frozen thing. Maybe add some broken ice and keep the water to try and keep the gameplay of the original map.
For example:

You're right, I neglected to do that when I released the map, I'll be sure not to do that for future maps.

It isn't too late to start. Even if there are multiple versions called "ctf_snowfort", it certainly isn't too late to release "ctf_snowfort_v7" or whatever (especially when the map continues receiving updates )
