Is there a capture zone or something like that inside those yellow strips?(Especially in the first pic) I immideatly thought about this and wonderd why there are pickups in the area. This might just be me, but it would confuse me at first when playing the map.

man what is it with cauldrons
At my college, the dining hall kept the soups of the day in actual black cauldrons. I guess it's better for keeping heat in than basic cooking pots, but it was kind of bizarre if you, like me, were the kind of person who associates them exclusively with old-timey times.

dutch ovens
url
are very like cast iron cauldrons, and although are associated with old timey cowboy food (at least for me) they are still used in cooking. A dutch oven is amazing for cooking on a fire.
This is an old Boy Scout recipe from my troop

line dutch oven with tin foil(to ease cleaning).
mix 2 cans fruit cocktail and 1 can fruit pie filling of choice in dutch oven
cover with 1 box cake mix (do not stir)
cover with 1 stick butter cut into pads
cook in fire (make sure to put coals on top) until ready
eat pure awesomeness

I actually prefer the lighting before you changed it, makes the props and stuff pop much more. The badlands lighting makes the scene seem more flat

Yeah, I thought so too. I'll mess with it some more to make things more pronounced, but hey at least the displacements get some neat shadows. (might also be because the 2nd screenshot wasn't compiled with prop lighting things, but idk how much of a difference that would make)

Redid the env_light cause apparently it wasn't badlands

After:

I also have to update the skybox texture...

The after picture of the lighting is a lot better; the before one just looks overexposed in general.

Like, the desert floor looks like it's been bleached which isn't exactly pleasant to look at while certain models appear visually to be out of place. Either cause the current light source is making them way too bright or the lack of shadow casting becomes painfully obvious when the floor looks bleached and the prop itself looks like it's in full bright. (Example, that brush in the corner of the picture)

As for the after, all I can say that it feels like you're using a little too much orange and it could be slightly brighter. But overall it's much better than the before picture.

Make sure you try the Badlands lighting with the appropriate skybox before making your final decision.

I would like to cast a vote on the first one if you dont mind because badlands lighting makes things look dark and gloomy. The first one also feels fresh and new.

I like the second one because the first feels washed out.
But other problems:

-barrel spam on the train
- you have a lot really close together, try spreading them out
-lots of red and orange, try new colors
-those loading chutes on the building serve no purpose. they come from nowhere, and look really hard to back a truck under. moving them, replacing them, or just putting a pile of spilled gravel under their spouts would make them much more believable.
-the purpose of those red circles is unclear, if they are speed boosts and arrows or something.
