If Hammer's straight-up missing, try verifying the game's cache, and then running the game. Should be back to normal at that point.

No need to be so rude. You can't tell that you posted another map just by looking at this thread. There is also the possiblity that you uploaded a bsp you compiled earlier, from another PC, or by someone else.
