Where are the mvm bot templates stored?

After a few hours of searching on the internet and in the tf2 files without sucess I'm now posting this question here. I want to know the location where the robot_giant.pop and robot_normal.pop (or is it bot_normal.pop and bot_giant.pop? I'm not sure after all.) is stored. If these aren't avalibale I would also be happy with a list of all bot prefabs, so I now which bot prefabs already exists and which one I have to create myself. I already have the mvm_example map and it's mission pop-file through the steam sdk in the following location: common\sourcesdk_content\tf\mvm. So where are the other files stored? Are they even available? Thanks for your help in advanced!

They're in tf/scripts/population/ inside the tf_misc_dir.vpk file, which you can open with GCFscape.

For some reason I don't have this file in my folders? Are we talking about the tf folder in Team Fortress 2 or about the sourcesdk_content folder?

Is it visible without having GCFscape installed? Because I don't have the file or at least I can't see it even with hidden files turned on.
