I don't know if that is playable at all, but it's worth looking at.
Its by nipper. One of the best mappers for CS/CSS. He made legendary maps:

This is the score board of favorites, and he is second on that one... however, that bigdog has posted over 600 maps and nipper only has 163.
There is only 1 team of 2 mappers better than nipper to me (which stopped mapping sadly). those are StarD00d & Magikus of http://www.d00ds.com/. they made losttemple, rush, nightfever and cpl_fire.

Amazing, but I can't help wonder how much more awesome it would/could look in Source
