A tilted angle

I need a tilted angle, but have no idea how to do it. If the screens aren't clear enough, I can attach a vmf with the section in. Many thanks!

I think I understand what you mean. Is this what you want?

1. Make a new angled brush like the one next to it

2. With the Vertex Tool, box all the vertices on one side and press enter to select them

3. Drag one of the selected vertices to the right place, and the rest will follow
