Conclusion:
To conclude, in this investigation the observation of acid rain’s effect on plants was successful. The hydrochloric acid impaired the growth of the lettuce it was poured on, from the first check up after the acid was administered, and on the final day the lettuce had very droopy leaves with brown patches. The lettuce that was watered with sulphuric was completely withered and limp. The control lettuce was healthy and had grown since the first day.
