So I have seen the news My Little Pony episode named: "Fame and Misfortune" and this episode has a great line from Fluttershy " Can you learn something one time and change yourself?" This is a great quot because that is true. You sometimes need to learn multiple times before you get it right/change yourself. This will releft on my mapping. Something I have to learn multiple times. I can't learn in one shot so please don't think I can learn something in one shot especially that changes myself on a personal level. Also there is a great moment we're two young ponies has been changed from the book while everyone else has gotten the wrong message. Twilight and Starlight are happy that two people are happy after the book. This goes with my mapping. I have made a few of my friends happy with the map ( cp 3mannworks ) even after all the negativite comments about the map, saying that this map can't work. I still have changed people for the better with my map. By having people have fun with map. That what keeps me going to map. Having one person be happy with the map. There are great lesson for everyone to learn from.

We all can't learn everything immediately. It takes practice to make perfect, and that can apply anywhere.
Negative comments on your maps are meant to help you improve your maps rather than demean them. We give feedback so you can learn where to improve on and what to change.
With maps such as 3mannworks, they're bound to fail simply because of how they were born. Basing your maps off of official ones with minor edits won't let you go far with mapping. Creating things from scratch, however, will.

We all care about you, Fishy, and we're only trying to help you improve

Many people do think I can get this in one shot. The only way that I will take down a map is nobody likes it at all. If there one person that I likes it now. Not counting older dealted maps. It seems to me on the older version of 3mannworks people are demeaning the map itself. People said it was a horrible ideal and I should not do anything creative unless it fits their mode. I like to do mapping my way. I never tell anyone that they should not to do their ideas for a map. I only say how to make it better around that idea for the map.

I see your point.
However, some ideas are bound to fail simply because of their basis. 3mannworks is being shunned not because it is a bad idea, but because of how it was executed. You could make a 3cp map with a Mannworks theme work, but it requires some polishing and customizing to accomplish.
We are not telling you that you can't present your idea for a map, we are telling you how to improve the idea so it can be appreciated by more people.

I see your point as well

But someone did say I should not do this because it was bad ideal in general due to it being base of a MvM. I have customized the map in many ways. For example the two extra exit points for the spawns, the middle control point, the extra house by the middle control point, and coming in the next update. Seeing the entire map, getting on top of a ledge on the left side on red side.

There's your problem.
You based the map off of mvm_mannworks, which is a terrible idea for 2 reasons:
- The layout doesn't magically work with any gamemode you choose
- The simple fact that you base it off of that map, rather than rebuild it using that map's theme as a guide

I suggest you recreate the map entirely. Get an idea for a layout, use the industrial and gloomy theme of Mannworks as a guide for detailing, and BAM - a 3cp map that you've made and that can work.
Making your own map is far better than taking from an official one since you're the one who knows the most about it - you know where everything is supposed to be and how it will be supposed to work. You didn't make mvm_mannworks, so it will be hard for you to redesign it to simply "work with" 3cp.

I will remake a 3cp map useing Mannworks as a theme. The only thing that I am worry about is this new map has more problems then this map and then it would be a step down from this map. The mapper should never take a step back.

Nobody's stopping you from working on a 3 cp version or whatever version of a Valve map. But designing your own layout is easier than making another layout to work for another gamemode.

If you take a step back, you can also assess the problems, then fix them to take a step forward. Don't be too worried on getting problems, it's impossible to start off without them, in fact working on the problems is a good method of improving your skills.

I just don't want people to yell at me for taking a step down in my mapping. It happen to shutdown and Whitejack. I will make the new map. I am not denying it. I will work on it.

People will not yell at you for doing things like that until you aggravate them to the extent where they must. Show passion for this community, and as a result this community will show passion for what you're doing.

You forgot to quote that this happened before with Whitejack and Shutdown. Both maps made from scratch.

Look, go for it, but do understand the distinction between criticism and hate. Criticism will help you improve, while as unnecessary hate will benefit nobody.

Hate is disliking or disagreeing due to having disliking feeling to the maker.

Criticism is the disliking of the object itself and not the maker of the object.

Most cases are under the hate due to the person who disliking the object ( my maps ) because I can't learn things in one shot or I am defensive about my ideas. This all happens because I don't fall in line with other mappers.

if you had spent the amount of time you spend complaining about being treated unfairly by the community on becoming a better mapper instead, you could have released a dozen maps by now.

No map, however bad, should be deleted. You could've listened to the feedback given and developed upon that.
If you can't work on them anymore or don't want to, you can always orphan them.

I was speaking about the getting an orphan map but people still said it would not be my map.
