Yes, that line is the pointfile indicating where you have a leak. Since it's entirely outside the map, that's a telltale sign you have a misplaced entity origin. Select the whole map and click Tools > Center Origins to put it back (or turn on helpers :helpers: and manually drag it back into place if you know which entity it came from).

Definitely pointfile. I recommend attempting to quick compile the map see if it has a leak, then go to the 3d view and press O to turn on the fps and position overlay, move to where the leak is said to have occured.

Also for offset origins there's a button in the tools tab whose name is literally "center origins" so you can try doing that to a bunch of entities.

If the map compiles and runs fine though, do what necro said and unload the pointfile.
