Spytech Monitor - Award winning video-game 'Spacewar' included in-package!

This is my first model, so go easy on me!

A spytech computer monitor inspired by the PDP-1 from the 1960s.

Included in this lovely .7z package:

- Spacewar! (not really)
- The spytech monitor
- A delicious readme.txt for your consumption upon download (or never, if you're that type of person)

If you have any feedback I'd love to hear it. And if you use this in your map, let me know! I'd love to see it in action.

Enjoy! c:

So what is that, exactly? Or what effect have you added to the model, out of curiosity?

The gradient map just adds a subtle dark-to-light gradient from the bottom to the top of the object. The point light map is kinda just like a bit of also subtle baked lighting in the texture. Just kinda helps the texture stand out a bit.

I also re-did the ambient occlusion bake using mental ray in 3DS Max. I was previously baking in Substance Designer, which is pretty good but mental ray looks a little better.

Hey this was one of my first ever models! Randomly decided to re-make it from scratch, so that's what you have here! I think the new version looks a lot more like it fits in the TF2 art style, and is a good reflection of how far I've come as an artist.

Obviously, the whole model is brand new, though the scale is about the same. The skins are all different, no more Spacewar (sad, I know.) Instead you get the following in RED and BLU variants:
- off
- on
- radar (the animated one!)

I might update the skin selection in future.

Enjoy! :)
