Is that the last version you had tested?
I believe so. That is why I am asking you. You should have seen the version. Unless if you said " wow it's this map let's skip it and not see how this guy improve on the map. Maybe he fixed some issue with the map.....no let's just skip it"
I thought the sever will always update to the latest one.

Uber, I don't know what to tell you. People are trying to help you, but as long as you keep arguing with your feedback you can't improve. Instead of trying to justify why you did what you did, try to figure out why what you did doesn't work. And like I've said before, don't just copy official maps. Think- think HARD- about your gameplay. Doing something because you think it'll work isn't always the answer, really take the time- hours, if need be- planning out your layout, whether on paper, in your head, or in Hammer, and focus on each area and improving it rather than making changes for the sake of making changes. You're focusing too much on the big picture and not looking closely at each area of your map, and as a result your gameplay is suffering.

they feel your maps have too many issues to be playable.

The map wasn't skipped because we're trying to bully you. Your maps have tended show immediately that an a single imp wouldn't provide enough time to allow players to properly formulate all the necessary feedback to your map. Players and myself are also exhausted from you refusing feedback on your maps and pushing back quite strongly, and I feel you're doing just the same now.

People with good intentions are just having a struggle reviewing your maps right now because you are demonstrating that you don't evaluate entirely what people are trying to say to you, and you are so easily upset because you misunderstand their intentions.

I think it's true that there are some people being rude to you, but if you want to make solutions you should not be rude back. There are people with good intentions that mean well to you, and you are not treating them well enough to retain their support.

edit: I should also have clarified that the map was not immediately skipped, but it was skipped after what I believe was just a little more than a round. The map still needs a lot of work though and was rtv'd.

I have used the feedback into the map. Look at whitejack and this map. People told me to change the hight and I did. People told me not to have the cart turn 90% and I fixed it. People told me to remove the door by second control point and I did. I take the feedback and put it into the map.

If I don't copy the hight and everything without plagiarizing the map out right then the hight will be off and the scaling. If I also don't example myself then people won't know my point of view. That is how I was grown up. Example things. Example your side.

I don't think there is much point to continuing this. I thought maybe I could help here, but I feel this has been a conversation that has been going in circles. This feels this way to me because it seems you're choosing to not understand what people are saying. You've made a couple of topics that just feel like you're trying to justify your actions, and people have tried to help you. It just seems to be the same thing over and over again.

If you're really doing your best here, then just follow your moral compass. If you feel someone's being a "dick," that's just how things are sometimes. You don't need to keep making topics like this, and I feel you really shouldn't.

Just be open to feedback and the well meaning people of this community, and stop getting caught on rude people.

I have been expecting all of the feedback on my maps. If people tell me to to do it on my map then I will. Unless it is fine and doesn't need change like the layout due to it being good and simple. It has different high and low points. It had health packs for flanks. I added toxic barrles to improve on a small point on the layout. I have updated the hight of the control point due to scaling. I updated the walls to be shorter. The only tall walls is for blocking super long sight lines. I can't have this map turn into 2fort with the snipers. I even base mid off a custom map by another mapper but not plagiarizeing on the map. I have worked on this map for many days. I have worked entire nights on my maps.

Look, you shouldn't make a map solely based on what somebody else said about the map. Incorporate that into your own ideas or something.
