If I, or others, had a contest idea - do I pm someone or should I just post it here to get a consenus from the group - to see if they like it and think it's a worth while endeavour?

We do infact have a contest idea thread
I'm not officially in charge of contests but I have set several of them up so far. As nineaxis says the best thing to do is to get in the steam chat room when there are enough people in there as well as someone willing to put it into action, usually I'll have lots of enthusiasm about setting one up but at the moment all the ideas I've heard are leaving me thinking they're rather lacking.
