This is neat, I think its a bit better than scout pilgrim personally. I like the style of the drawing, its very pleasing to look at. You could try to improve some of the application of texture, such as the collar. Its quite hard to notice the dots you put on there as detail - so it'd be nice to have them a little clearer.
