arena_treatment - a arena map that takes place in a water purification plant thats getting made as the two teams fight

as a treatment plant is getting built. tf industri holds a arena competition for blu and red. the winner wins the treatment plant.

When we played this map it was pretty small and cramped: there's some really cool ideas here but it needs some work.

i will probably make an arena map with the same hurt buildings mechanic but actualy make it the right fliping size
