This map is a concept idea.

There is only a blue base at the moment.

I just would like somepony to try this out and see what everypony thinks.

Unfortunately I am not a pony so I cannot give you my thoughts about this. Maybe if you said "everybody" it would be more inclusive since both humans and ponies have bodies?

Including a ' in the filename makes the map unplayable. I was able to run around by renaming the map, but this breaks cubemaps I think?

Feedback is kinda hard to give on a map like this since I feel like it's made for an audience that I'm not a part of, but I'll try my best.

- The only two routes into the base are elevator rides. It won't take much for a defensive team to completely lock these two routes down, especially since they spawn directly in front of one of them.

- The route into the flag room with a crusher is... weird. I was able to run through it as a scout, but I imagine other classes won't be so lucky. It's also not particularly obvious that there's a trap there. In addition, the other route seems like it would always be the route to take, since it offers the route into the control room (which is a necessary route to take as an attacker because defense almost certainly has the doors shut), there's no risk of being crushed, and the elevator isn't directly behind defense's spawn.

- Everything inside is very dark. This seems intentional because there seems to be some sort of horror aspect to the map, but it will also be difficult to see other players.

This is the latest version of the map.

The red and blue bases are now complete. The map layout has changed since A1.

Both bases are the same security and surprises for both teams.

  • Lighting fixed

  • The security elevator on the blue side - The doors aren't opening as they supposed to. (Under repair)

I found out it's the ' in the filename. That's the problem. Remove it and it works fine.

Please provide screenshots of your map while you're at it.
As much as they help, and are a really huge benefit to interest in your map, screenshots are not mandatory to upload.

But we do highly recommend people take them.

I'm pretty damn sure the intel scene has been ripped from 2fort_d. It's just so same as it and the brushwork is too above the brushwork on the rest of the map.

The first thing I said when looking at those screenshots, "oh hey those look like a reskin of tew fort". @Cynder loves Portal you might want to fix this so it's similar but not an obvious copy

The intel room is the only thing i took from ctf_2fort_d. The rest is my own.

The copied Intel room is a temporary thing. i forgot to change it after testing the concept of the map.

This fixes a few issues that were a pain in the flank in A2.2.

The traps are now 20% deadlier. Not perfect but getting there.


There is no screenshots due to I forgot to put them on the pen stick I'm using for map storage.

I've also hidden 2 easter eggs in the map. Can you find them both?
