Have you tested this map? I presume you didn't. You can test your map either on gameday or imp (join steam chat and ask people.)
It is not a good idea to start with b1 with props and bunch of textures because you don't know what criticism you'll get after testing and you don't know how much you'll need to change. I suggest using dev textures to construct basic structures at alpha stage.
I want to add by saying your map might is too small. I can't tell you how big it should be, but I know it is now small enough to make explosives classes overpowered.
