Title basically says it all.
I want to play with my friends on my custom map. How can I do that?

Nobody still replied? Well, I try to help
Once I'd like to play with my friends how to make the LAN server. He said to first type in console "sv_lan 1" and later type "map <your map name>". I gonna tell, that he was living in the same town I do and we was able to play together, but when I tried to play with my friend from Steam, who's living in Estonia, it failed
Also last time when I was doing it was in the January 2015, so I cannot guarantee, that it'll work now. Maybe wait for some more help

You could port forward, host/rent your own dedicated server, or get the map tested on our servers if you'd like.
