Hi I have had this issue in the past but I never fixed these things I am having weird invisible lines.

Small holes between brushes

If these are displacements then you could try to sew them together to remove any seams, you can also check hammer to see if there are any gaps between the brushes. Lastly, look to see if you have a skybox textured brush under your map. Skybox brushes give off the light of the environment lighting so if you have one under your map it can sometimes shine through where you don't want it to.
Thanks megapiemanPHD I was using cordon bounds to do test a map quickly the cordon puts a skybox around making the light shine through
