A Halloween Wall Portal

I'm working on a Halloween map for 2017, and I had an idea for a portal on the wall surrounded by candles. I remember there was a model that was green that I wanted to use, but it was too large for it. Can someone please make a model without collision. Id prefer Red and Blu as separate skins, but I'm also ok if its simply green. I do not want it to be see through in the middle, kind of like the portal in viaduct event.The model also has to have some sort of animation so it looks like its not just frozen. Here are the hammer editor unit sizes I need it to be from x and y-axis.

Top View: x-axis 180.0 Hammer Units y-axis 8.0 Hammer Units
Right View: x-axis 180.0 Hammer Units y-axis 8.0 Hammer Units
Front View: x-axis 180.0 Hammer Units y-axis 180.0 Hammer Units

I don't have a picture, so a little reference is I want it to partially look like the 2016 unusual taunt effect, infernal smoke. I will also give credit to the model i choose, in the description of the released version with the model in it, and maybe also as a secret in the map.

When you look at the 2D views, hover over the top left corner. It's gonna say things like "top (x/y)", "front (y/z)" and "side (x/z)".
Therefore, the dimensions you have given are:
X: 180 u
Y: 8 u
Z: 180 u

Anyways, I do not remember a green model with collision and see through middle.
