Seriously, I've been refreshing the server events page all day waiting for it to be announced.
Does anyone know if there will be a gameday this week?

Gamedays happen is someone with ViP (staff or donator) feels like hosting one, but they aren't required to host them. You can join the TF2Maps steam group chat and add your map to the bot list to get it tested in an imp (impromptu map playtest). Imps usually happen daily, so you will probably have better luck getting your map tested that way.
