I was just in a tf2 custom weapons game on snakewater. Not many people, 3 on each team. But there was also this enemy spy, lets call him 'Butthurt'(for obvious reasons i'm giving him a different name).
I was playing around with some hoovies and other friendlies on the game, but this one spy was getting destroyed by me the entire game. He killed me one time when i was distracted by a hoovy, but that's the only time he killed me as spy.
Lets start at the beginning of the round. Blu takes mid, and so i'm defending second. I walk over to flank(competitive snakewater call outs, look em up if you don't know), and i see the spy walk in disguised as a scout. I burn him and because of custom weapons he is using the one that instantly cloaks you for 2 seconds but makes a loud noise on cloak and decloak. He continues to walk forward as I keep my flamethrower on him(you cant be set on fire while cloaked with it, but you will blink). He uncloaks and i kill him.
"How?" Butthurt says in the chat. "Because i have 1500 hours in tf2 and i have good gamesense. Plus you're really predictable." after killing him a few more times - which were all in flank because that's where he always went - and i finally type in chat something completely harmless. "Can i give you a tip? When you cloak don't keep walking in the same direction" He comes back with "I do turn" In my head i'm thinking 'Yeah, like 5 degrees.' I reply with "No you don't" to which he snappily comes back with "I do, and i have about as many hours in the game as you do(which he does, 1564), so i don't need your advice. Stfu." I laugh to myself, and type "izz jus game" in the chat, to which he does not reply.
After about 30 more minutes of having fun with the friendlies and killing him(and at some point he switched to the dead ringer), Butthurt says in the chat "You know what? I call bs on your 'gamesense.' You don't just snap to me and start flaming, and theres NO WAY anyone can track me the way you do. Go uninstall tf2 and your lmaobox." I'm just thinking like 'Yeah sure bub whatever you say.'
I make my final reply to Butthurt, and turn on voicechat. In a deep, stern voice i say; "If i have lmaobox, then how come a banwave hasn't hit me. You think i would risk the money i've spent on steam and all of the progress i've made in my games just to kill people in an fps?" He then left the game with a final "**** you", and is currently busy(at the time of me typing this) playing Rainbow Six Seige.
So, the lesson i've learned from this is to not play like a whiny ***hat, even though i learned that lesson long ago.
