Because there hasn't been a U.S. Gameday in over a month.
Also: I don't consider this map near well-built enough to be playable yet.
@Three Million 's right. Ceilings are too low in intel room, and center area.
You don't need a Gameday, or even a US one. Just submit it to the imps that happen pretty much every day. And you don't even have to be there, just read the feedback given afterwards. It can really help you identify the problems.

Impromptu tests that just happen whenever there are enough people who want one. Join the chat to add your map to the list using
!add mapname [download url]
The tf2maps steam group gives alerts when they start.

* Raised ceilings in multiple places, even out-of-reach ones.
* Added another route to the intel.
* Completely re-built the intel room.
* Fixed an exploit related to there not being enough candles
* Go ahead, turn on HDR. (Actually don't, unless you want to blind yourself.)
* More rooms! More bookshelves! More Future Diary references!
* Added an official looking Tenebris logo. (Very fancy!)
* Added details to the spawnroom that no one will ever notice because seriously, who actually looks straight up when they spawn?
* More screenshots of candles, this time with HDR.

* Mini-update intended to fix a few bugs and make the map look presentable for an Impromptu...
* Fixed horrific HDR glare
* fixed a symmetry issue related to a ladder

Perhaps these could be a bit wider/taller? In playtests they created some nasty choke points that were hard to clear/get past. Though the map does work fine with how they are, in a way. Just kind of annoying to have that problem.

Duely noted. I'll consider this in the next update, as this is supposed to be a quick route from spawn to intel.
Note: The next update will be about a week from now. As I said, this map is only updated on the weekends.

I don't think your map has been played yet, you can check where it's at on the list by messaging V2Bot "!maps" in the steam chat.

When it does get played, feedback is here and the demo should be there too. Or you could go here for the demo.

Yes, I'm aware of the two out-of-place textures in the BLU train room.
I'm paying the price for my lazy brushwork.
Expect a fix ASAP.

* Added a fair bit of detail brushes
* Re-arranged cubemaps.... ...again...
* Finally fixed the issue with the vertex tool. You shouldn't be able to see NoDraw now...
* Accidentally glitched 2 buckets out of existence by turning them into physics props. Oh well, I'm not going to waste time recompiling and building cubemaps just for a couple buckets...
* Sorry, didn't have time to take any screenshots... Not much changed anyway.

Will you add screenshots? Or am I going to have to download it?
If you read my last update, not much has changed, visually. The new screenshots would be practically identical to the current ones, and I don't really have time (or access) to my PC at the moment (I'm writing this on a chromebook.)

If by screenshots, you mean screenshots of the next release (a6, the post-imp update), then my answer is this: I haven't even BEGUN to actually work on a6, because, again, I simply don't have the time to map on weekdays.
