Having trouble finding a video tutorial on how to add trains (curved track needed)

Im wanting to add a train to my map that will circle the map and make a few stops to change the dynamic of the room. its for a mannpower map so the train wont rely on capture points.

im having trouble finding a video that teaches about that. i have found text tutorials but im more of a visual learner due to dyslexia, so finding a video tutorial is key.
