checking state of 2 doors

so here is what i want to to

door 1 open

door 2 open and close frequently

every time door 2 fully open it fire an output to "the system i want to do"

if door 1 closes then it would block the 2ns output of the system

what i want the system to do is every time door 2 fully open , it check if door 1 is open or closed and if its closed nothing happen but if its open then it fire an output

i tried using math counter and logics but i cant seem to get it right

can someone help me figure this thing out?
